Value Assurance: Any flowers substituted will always be of equal or greater value than the original stem or variety. We believe in providing superior quality, and we will never substitute premium blooms with lower-value alternatives.

The Nature of Perishable Art
Please bear in mind that flowers are a perishable natural good, and their lifespan is meant to be enjoyed for a fleeting moment. Factors entirely outside of our control, such as the recipient's environment, hydration methods, placement near sunlight, or heat sources, can significantly impact their freshness and longevity.
Our dedicated team works meticulously to ensure your creation is made with only the freshest blooms available and is safely delivered.
Reporting an Issue (Our Quality Guarantee)
If you are unsatisfied with your arrangement, please contact us immediately. We take pride in our service and handle every inquiry with sincerity and attentive care.

Reporting Window: To allow us to properly assess the issue, you must contact our team within 24 hours of delivery if you experience a quality concern with your flowers.

Required Details: Please be sure to provide the order number along with the client name or recipient name when you contact us. Please have photos of the arrangement ready.Â
Resolution Protocol
If a quality issue is deemed warranted, we will happily arrange for a refresh or replacement of the arrangement. In some cases, a full refund may be issued. Our resolution is determined on a case-by-case basis after a careful review of the circumstances.

You may cancel a standard order up until the moment it is out for delivery.

Final Cut-off: Once the arrangement has been placed with our dedicated delivery team and is out for delivery, the order cannot be cancelled.

Custom & Funeral Arrangement Policy
Custom and memorial orders require specialized sourcing and dedicated design time.

Specialty Orders: Custom orders and funeral arrangements cannot be cancelled if specialty flowers or non-perishable goods have already been ordered or if the design process has significantly begun.

Case-by-Case Review: This determination is made on a case-by-case basis. We will notify you immediately if your request falls outside of our cancellation window.
