Do you offer same day delivery in London, Ontario?
Yes, we are pleased to offer same-day delivery to London, Ontario on most floral offerings. To ensure your exquisite arrangement arrives beautifully and on time, please place your order prior to our delivery cut-off of 2:00 PM EST.
What time of day will my flowers be delivered?
To ensure the utmost care and planning, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times other than for funeral services. Our dedicated delivery route typically takes place throughout the afternoon, and your thoughtful arrangement will generally arrive between 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM EST.
How much is delivery for flowers?
We are pleased to offer complimentary delivery within London, Ontario, for all orders over $150.00. For orders under $150.00, the delivery fee is a set rate of $15.00. For surrounding areas outside of London, the fee is calculated based on the recipient's postal code. You will see the exact delivery fee reflected when inputting the recipient’s address at checkout, ensuring complete transparency before you confirm your order.

Special Delivery Instructions: To guarantee your beautiful creation arrives perfectly on time, please adhere to the following: When placing your order, enter the name of the deceased (e.g., The Late John Smith) in the recipient field. Also, note the visitation or funeral service time under special delivery instructions at the checkout. This allows us to prioritize the delivery and ensure your flowers are placed well before the service begins.
What happens if no one is home when Lovebird Flowers attempts delivery?
Before delivery, we make a courtesy call to the recipient to confirm they will be available to receive the flowers directly or to arrange a safe and suitable place to leave the package. If we are unable to connect with the recipient, the flowers will be redirected back to our shop. At that point, the flowers will be safely held for pickup at your convenience, or an additional delivery charge may apply after one failed delivery attempt.
Will I receive confirmation my order has been delivered?
Yes, absolutely. Once your flowers have been successfully delivered and accepted, the Lovebird Flowers team will send a confirmation directly to your email address. Should our driver be unable to complete the delivery, you will also be notified promptly.
How do I review my order?
You will receive a detailed invoice sent directly to your email address immediately after placing your order. Additionally, you can review all past orders and manage your account by logging in here.

How do I care for my floral arrangement from Lovebird Flowers?
Flowers are a special kind of luxury; they are meant to be enjoyed for a fleeting moment, encouraging you to slow down and truly take in their beauty. To ensure the longest possible life for your exquisite arrangement, we recommend following these simple steps:
I. Fresh Water: Change the water entirely every one to two days.
II. Flower Food: Use the provided flower food packet.
III. Stem Care: Trim the stems at an angle every few days.
IV. Remove Foliage: Remove any foliage below the waterline.
V. Placement: Keep your arrangement out of direct sunlight, away from drafts, and away from ripening fruit.
Note: Some flowers are sometimes sent in bud form so they open over the coming days, ensuring you receive the maximum freshness and enjoyment.

This is intentional and a mark of our commitment to quality! Some flowers are delivered in bud form because this ensures you receive the maximum possible longevity from your exquisite arrangement. Flowers are meant to be enjoyed for a fleeting moment, and by sending them as buds, you get to witness their full opening in the coming days, extending your enjoyment of their beauty and artistry.
